Meet the Four-Legged Staff of Woodside Equine Clinic
Sam arrived in 2011 and has many responsibilities at Woodside, mainly weighing down any boxes left open and taking attendance at staff meetings. He views himself as “the cat in charge,” so please mind your fingers when approaching him.
Missy joined the Woodside team in 2005. She faithfully watches over the interns every year from her sleeping shelf above their desks and assists them with any questions they might have. Although she is a bit shy, please look for her at your next visit.
Boxter moved to Woodside in 2010 and specializes in patient relations. Whether it is moving paddocks to comfort patients, spending time in neighboring stalls in the upper barn, or teaching horses how to load on trailers when they don’t want to leave Woodside, Boxter is the man for the job. In his free time, Boxter also enjoys going out on rides and horse showing with Roberta.
Harley is a 2008 Thoroughbred mare who trained but never raced. Her racename is Tale Of A Cure and Woodside gave her the barn name Harley for Lee’s love of the motorcycle! Harley works in stallion relations and is always available to receive treats and attention! She and Boxter enjoy spending time out in the field together during their time off from work.
