Debbie grew up in Chesterfield County, began riding at nine and competed in local hunter and dressage shows. Debbie joined Woodside in January 2004. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Bill, her dog Max, and taking trips to the beach.
Karen grew up in Michigan and has been a lifelong rider. She has lived in Richmond for 20 years with her husband Mike, two daughters and dog Elway. She has been at Woodside since 1999 and shows in the local hunter jumper circuit in her spare time.
Lee was born and raised in Richmond, VA. After serving with the Army in Vietnam, he returned to the Richmond area. He has been at Woodside since 2003. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and four grandchildren. He also enjoys riding horses and his Harley.
Terri grew up in the pet care industry, starting with a family-run boarding facility in Charlottesville in 1992 up until moving out of the area in 2004. She had been in small animal veterinary medicine for over 13 years prior to joining WEC in July 2018. Terri lives in Caroline with her husband, Stuart, and their Irish Wolfhound, Halo.
Jordan grew up in Smithfield, VA and has been going on trail rides with her family since she was seven years old with her horse Mia. Upon graduating VCU in 2019 she joined Woodside and is currently in a paralegal certification program. In her spare time, Jordan enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants in the Richmond area.
Accounting Manager & Special Projects
Shelly joined Woodside in 2018 as Accounting Manager. Shelly is married to her husband Bill and have 5 children, the youngest are college age. She spends her time with her family, friends and two dogs, Buddy and Tequila (Tiki). In the Fall, they spend their time at Tech Football games cheering on the HOKIES.

Social Media Coordinator
Roberta has been with Woodside since she graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2006. She shows in the local jumper and eventing circuits with her horse, Rupert, and Dr. Anderson’s pony, Boxter. She left Woodside full time in 2017, but we were able to keep her part time to continue with her extensive work in our social media
