Meet our Woodside Equine Clinic Support Staff
Debbie grew up in Chesterfield County, began riding at nine and competed in local hunter and dressage shows. Debbie joined Woodside in January 2004. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Bill, her dog Max, and taking trips to the beach.
Karen grew up in Michigan and has been a lifelong rider. She has lived in Richmond for 20 years with her husband Mike, two daughters and dog Elway. She has been at Woodside since 1999 and shows in the local hunter jumper circuit in her spare time.
Lee was born and raised in Richmond, VA. After serving with the Army in Vietnam, he returned to the Richmond area. He has been at Woodside since 2003. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons and four grandchildren. He also enjoys riding horses and his Harley.

Shelly was a “military brat” and grew up riding in Georgia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. She spends her free time with her husband, five kids, and their dogs, Hokie and Buddy. Their family has season tickets to VA Tech football, where their youngest will be going next year.
Terri grew up in the pet care industry, starting with a family-run boarding facility in Charlottesville in 1992 up until moving out of the area in 2004. She had been in small animal veterinary medicine for over 13 years prior to joining WEC in July 2018. Terri lives in Caroline with her husband, Stuart, and their Irish Wolfhound, Halo.
Tammy grew up in Ohio, where her family owned Quarter horses, a beautiful Tennessee Walker, and a very entertaining Shetland Pony named Prince! She also had a variety of dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish! Tammy is a CPA & CMA, BSBA Accounting Major. Tammy has one son, Kyle, who will be graduating high school in June and attending college this Fall.

Roberta has been with Woodside since she graduated from Randolph-Macon College in 2006. She shows in the local jumper and eventing circuits with her horse, Rupert, and Dr. Anderson’s pony, Boxter. In 2017 Roberta left to become the Barn Manager at Randolph-Macon Equestrian but we were able to keep her part time to continue with her extensive work in our social media platforms!
